Phoenix Training is a mobile personal training service. We come to you. When you book a session with us, you choose the session location. Sessions can be booked for 30 minutes or 60 minutes. The sessions can be performed in the privacy of your own backyard or at the local park – the choice is yours!
Each session is personalised as every client is an individual. At Phoenix Training we understand there is no "one size fits all” approach to recovery. Each session is one-on-one and tailored to cater to your specific needs. At the beginning of each session, we will consider your current physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and adjust your session accordingly.
Each Personal training session may vary from getting up and moving gently, while other sessions may incorporate more vigorous exercise. Exercise doesn’t need to be high intensity or difficult to have an impact.
We want each individual client to feel valued, encouraged and supported throughout the entire process. We encourage you to discuss your needs with us at any personal training session.
