Phoenix training is proud to offer community-based bootcamp style programs to improve children’s fitness and wellbeing. We believe healthy lifestyle habits are created from an early age, with our programs delivering engaging and fun exercise methods for children aged between 5-12 years old and of all fitness levels and ability.

Compatible indoors or outdoors, our programs aim to actively encourage children to learn, laugh and grow whilst providing long-lasting education on the importance of exercise in a welcoming, enjoyable and non-judgemental environment.

Performed in small groups, children learn to support and uplift one another during exercise, while developing communication and teamwork skills. Session activities vary frequently and are appropriate to the competency and physical ability of every child participating.

We group children accordingly with those of similar ages and limit session numbers to 12 individuals. Group size capacity has been mindfully chosen to ensure every participant has an entertaining and personal experience without being overwhelmed and becoming lost amongst the group.


Our 3 sessions currently offered include:

  • Kindergarten to Year 2  (3.30pm to 4.00pm)

  • Year 3 to Year 4  (4.15pm to 5.00pm)

  • Year 5 to Year 6  (5.15pm to 6.00pm)
